Health is Important !

I wanna let myself to know that how lucky i am ,

having good family , friends and relative .

Most of all , having a healthy body .

So i google and search for AIDS , Cancer and Bulimia / Anorexia Patient.

I wanted to copy some pictures of those african child who are suffering from hunger .

And those AIDS PATIENT , lying on bed getting treatment .

But i couldn't bare , cause it was so scary .

My tears almost drop .

Oh god , nightmares .

When i saw those images , the first thing i did was thank god for a healthy body . :)

Aids patient -

you can see their bones man !

and their skin have those red spots and some even have those infection you couldn't imagine .

What's happening to the world ?

A 8 year old kid suffering from this ?

diet ?!!!

Eat only 9 beans , you'll ended up like this .

And yes , this is what happens when girls diet by not eating healthy or throw up the food they ate .

Love yourself , appreciate yourself .

Keep fit the right way , and not taking pills or diet .

And never ever think of throwing up your food .
